Quantum Computing Book

Textbook Development | Quantum Algorithms | Qiskit Programming

My interest in quantum computing led me to collaborate with researchers on developing educational resources and modernising quantum programming implementations.

I worked on updating legacy Qiskit code from the Springer publication Quantum Algorithms for Cryptographically Significant Boolean Functions: An IBMQ Experience, adapting existing implementations to newer Qiskit frameworks.

I also contributed to An Undergraduate Introduction to Quantum Computing, an undergraduate textbook developed in collaboration with Professor Subhamoy Maitra, Suman Dutta and a fellow student. The manuscript has been submitted to Springer.

My Contributions

As part of this collaborative work, I developed over 35 exercises, 20 Qiskit programming examples, explanations and original diagrams to make quantum computing concepts more accessible to undergraduate students.

Modernising the original textbook’s implementations also provided an opportunity to explore quantum algorithms in greater depth and strengthen my understanding of quantum programming.
